CCCOnline’s Academic Technology team provides services for the D2L Learning Management System (LMS).  The services include LMS administration, application development, knowledgebase articles for teaching and learning tools, and end-user technical support for students and instructors.  CCCOnline’s Academic Technology provides implementation expertise for academic technologies solutions.  Notable recent projects include spearheading the system-wide update to Daylight (the latest major release of D2L), moving to D2L storage to Amazon Web Services, and currently, migrating to a single D2L LMS instance.  The team has also taken the lead on two major LMS migrations.  Additional services include providing a system-wide license for Respondus and SoftChalk. 

The CCCOnline Academic Technology team is comprised of 6 different roles.  Those roles are:
